In 1977 the Lord Jesus Christ call Randy Shankle to bring males into leadership in every area of their lives and sphere of their influence. In response to the call of the Lord, Randy Shankle moved to Marshall, Texas in 1986 to begin a work of God in discipleship that remains today.

As one of several ordained elders at the Church in Marshall, Randy Shankle serves in a fellowship that hosts three major apostolic meetings each year. Operating in his gifts as an apostle, prophet and teacher, Randy brings disciples, both men and women, into understanding and accountability to the Lord in many areas:

1. of submission to the rule of Jesus Christ in their lives
2. of their own responsibility to rule in this life and
3. of the fulfillment of their own call to the priestly ministry as priests unto our God and in service to His family.
